If you receive your order and you are not happy with your purchase, we offer a 28 day returns policy. Please complete the returns form which was included in your order and enclose when returning goods. If you do not have the returns form to hand, you are able to download a copy here:

You are responsible for returning any goods back to us. We recommend that you use the post office to send back any items, recorded delivery advisory. Goods must be returned to the above address within 28 days of the invoice date.
Please allow 3-5 working days for your return/exchange to be processed. If it is urgent, please contact our returns department on 01273 774977.
If you return your whole order, we will give you a full refund including postage & packaging. If you keep any item from your order, we will only refund the items that you return. Please make sure that you return all original packaging and wigs/hairpieces come back in the same condition as received as Trendco reserve the right to deduct a 10% admin fee if not adhered to.
Monies will be refunded using the original method of payment via PayPal. You will receive an email to confirm that the refund has been actioned from PayPal. Please follow the instructions on the email to retrieve your refund.
If you would like to exchange your item, please write on the returns form what item you would like instead. If the new item is more expensive than returning, you will be contacted by our customer service team to pay the extra amount by credit/debit card. If the new item is less than the returning item, a refund for the difference will be raised as per the refund method above. Free postage on your first exchange only.
Salon Purchases - Terms of Supply
If you have purchased from one of our salons, refunds or exchanges are not offered unless there is a manufacturing fault. Please be sure that you are happy with your purchase before leaving the salon. This does not affect your statutory rights. If you feel that you have a faulty item, please contact the salon that you purchased it from direct.
